Tichr
AI-assisted learning product in productionA production web app for Bolivian teachers, built around gamified quizzes, structured content, WhatsApp sharing, usage metrics, and Lean Startup validation with real users.
Entrepreneurial Project Manager | AI-Native Product Builder | Web3 & Emerging Markets Operator
I build AI-native products, communities, and MVPs that turn ideas into usable products for emerging markets.
Where I create value
I am an entrepreneurial project manager and AI-native product builder with a background in engineering, education, Web3, and emerging technologies. I focus on identifying opportunities, validating user problems, creating structure in ambiguous environments, and turning early ideas into practical products.
I have worked across education, AI, blockchain, legal tech, cultural tourism, community building, and university-based technology adoption. My strength is not selling titles, but showing evidence: products, workshops, communities, events, prototypes, and real execution.
Domains worked in
A mix of shipped MVPs, working prototypes, and validated concepts across AI, education, and Web3.
A production web app for Bolivian teachers, built around gamified quizzes, structured content, WhatsApp sharing, usage metrics, and Lean Startup validation with real users.
A platform designed to organize information about Bolivian festivals, folkloric parades, tourism, events, communities, maps, local businesses, and possible USDT-based adoption.
A concept for helping protect artisan cultural assets. The workflow allows artisans to upload images, use AI to extract design and cultural patterns, validate records with human review, and generate blockchain-based provenance.
An early Telegram-based legal assistant concept for Bolivian lawyers, focused on legal document access, reminders, and AI-supported workflows.
An emerging initiative focused on AI, blockchain, Web3 education, community building, and practical product experimentation in Bolivia. BlockivIA also serves as an umbrella for AI-native and emerging technology projects such as Tichr, BoliFest, ArtesanIA, MemoLegal, and automated content systems.
Concrete work, not titles: events run, communities taught, and a business operated to profitability.
Project Manager for a university-focused Web3 initiative involving 12 universities, 21 volunteers, international speakers, 3 in-person conferences, 4 virtual sessions, and a main summit event with more than 250 total participants.
Watch recap

Founder, Program Lead & AI Tools Instructor
Founded INCUBOSTART as an initiative for AI- and blockchain-based entrepreneurship, then designed and led a national student competition in Bolivia for cinematic teasers created with generative AI.
Personally trained participants to use the free tiers of emerging tools including Leonardo AI, Krea, PixVerse, Runway, Pika, and Synthesia. Led the program end to end: concept, training, communications, participant support, jury coordination, evaluation, publication, and prize distribution.
Despite limited free credits and early-generation tooling, 108 students from 31 schools across 7 cities produced publicly available creative work.
Jury: Francisco Kemeny (Kemeny Studio), Rodrigo Rojo (EvoAcademy), and Bolivian filmmakers Viviana Saavedra and Daniel Moya.

Created BlockivIA in March as an AI & Web3 education and product initiative. Delivered a 4-session in-person workshop cycle at UAGRM through a collaboration with the International Trade Research Laboratory, and later delivered 2 virtual workshops with Comunicación Social at UPEA.

Early university activities that helped establish BlockivIA's presence, combining institutional collaboration, classroom outreach, and hands-on emerging-technology education. This evidence base will expand as new workshops, partnerships, and public activities are delivered.
Founded and operated a university-preparation academy that became profitable from the first month, using a free-trial model, instructor evaluations, student feedback, and aligned incentives to improve retention and service quality.
I have strengthened my product-building and project leadership experience through startup incubation programs, competitive pitch events, Web3 communities, and hackathons. Each experience below includes public evidence.

Team Lead & Winner — Local Solutions Category
Formed a multidisciplinary team with participants who had not worked together before, proposed the project direction, coordinated execution, and led Alquichain to win the Local Solutions category at the first Ethereum Bolivia Hackathon.
The experience included rapid team formation, product ideation, execution under time constraints, and coordination of the prize distribution.

Ambassador & Core Contributor | Jul 2024 – Apr 2025
Contributed to the SingularityNET LATAM ambassador program through community coordination, ecosystem communication, meeting documentation, educational activities, and participation in regional Town Halls.
Presented the SingularityNET ecosystem during in-person workshops in Bolivia and supported regional collaborations involving artificial intelligence, Web3, research, and startup communities.

Top 5 Finalist — Tichr
Completed a six-week startup development program, presented Tichr during the initial competition, and advanced to the final Pitch Day as one of five selected projects.

Selected Founder — Pre-Incubation Program
Selected with Videoteca for the STARTCUPS LATAM 2023 high-impact startup pre-incubation program, focused on business validation, venture development, and pitching.
Evidence over titles: public projects, teams, programs, products, and communities demonstrate how I work.
